My first mod, Leveling kit.
'Nitto's truck withstanding (and I like his enough that I'm thinking of going to an additional 3" body lift and 37s when I get back to work), I think 35's are the MAGIC size for an IFS full size truck!
But I eventually will go to 37s because #1 - I have a daily driver and don't use my truck on a daily basis anymore and #2 - can perform most repairs in the field including replacing a CV axle.
Other than the weight and rolling resistance of the bigger tires, I'd also NOT be increasing the CV angle much. The Rancho 4" kit, unlike 6" kits, do not appreciably increase the angle nor does a body lift. IMO it's the "right way" to achieve this. So watch out 'Nitto...
I'm just not a big fan of 35's with just a level, unless it's strictly a "for looks" thing. You really don't have enough there for decent off-road performance, now a level in combo with about a $350 3" body lift would be a good setup for those who don't have a need or the funds for a suspension lift.
As far as the headlights go, I adjusted mine. You need a 1/4" drive socket set with a good length extension (6-8") and the proper torx adapter for it. Then it's cake, just pull up in front of your closed garage door and adjust them...

+2 We are all here for one reason or another. We can all share our knowledge (some professional and some not) but in the end we can share our opinions and achieve what we are looking for. I didn't know squat about my truck before I joined this site and with many members help I am now able to share advise with others who might have the same questions I have asked myself. But if I am ever wrong or even misleading I invite other members to make something more clear or steer me in the right direction without jumping down there throat.
I've had a vehicle for just over a year after getting my license and I'm ready to learn what I can do with my truck. I REALLY respect Hammer and the others on here that are willing to give their advice and time and thank them.
whatsammatta boy, would ya' miss me? I think I just felt a tear well up...
