LMAO.... I'd love to see someone run those through the NY potholes....lol
Also, what do they expect to re-tread them? Not gonna happen on passenger cars. Then you gotta buy a whole new wheel and do som sorts exhchange.

saw these a while back on the skid-steer. they are making them for the us military humvees, they can take tons of fire and still run 75mph while the current humvee runflats the military uses can only go 35 after taking a hit. these are gunna be great for helping out the service guys in the battle field. there was a story about these in fourwheeler or petersons off road, i forget which one, they said they will be making off road versions maybe up to 37".

lol ide like to see how they do offroad...you kinda need sidewall for traction, and the hardpacked wheel is gonna be difficult in sand i would think..

I think it was in Petersons. I saw it too. Must be bad *** if the military is willing to put them on hummers.

they are pretty cool looking. that is what you call thinking way outside the box!! i think i will let someone else try them first like nick said, then maybe possible get a set. if the ever make it to the market. you know those things will cost an arm and a leg when the 1st hit.

I've seen those before. Years ago, and they were still ugly then. But that was just a small article over them.
If you look on the page, you can click on other pictures, and they have another rim design. Eventually, they will hopefully make them nicer looking and with cooler tread patterns.
