Fairly easy job. Basic steps....

Pull tire
Remove caliper (no need to disco line)
remove caliper bracket
Remove rotor
Re-assemble in reverse order

Use PB Blaster on the rotor if rust is holding it on.

Sorry, no idea on required sockets or sizes.
