Default Please help, 4X4 problems

I have a 05 Ram, 1500. The service 4 wheel drive light is on as soon as I start it. Then it just goes into 4 wheel drive on its own. I have the **** that needs to be turned. After I have been driving for a bit, I pull over and shut it off and start it again, and sometimes the light goes off and it shifts back into 2 wheel. I have already brought it to the dealer to have it fixed and about a month later it started doing it again I'm ready to roll this thing off a cliff somewhere!

Any advice would be great.

That's why I looked long and hard to find the Laramie that I wanted with a good old fashioned stick for 4wd. But anyway, that should be a no brainer, dealer standard is a min. 90 days on a repair, take it back and make them fix it right...
