Default Custom sub grills

I ordered up some custom grills off an Ebay member that said he would make me anything I needed. I wanted grills that put the seat bottom as far away as possible without hitting the woofer on the brackets and interfering with the functionality of the seat. I measured the seat when it was down so I could get the proper measurements. The seat I must say, sits perfectly on the brackets per my custom enclosure. The seat sits on both bars very evenly which was hard to determine what the proper length was. I designed the grills and the guy made them for me. They only cost $33 shipped! Super cheap. Here's the guy that built per my specs http://myworld.ebay.com/affordable_quality_audio Now, you may have totally diff measurements and they did take him about 3weeks to make? Anyway, here's what I cam up with!

I made 2 other grills and then chose this one due to technical difficulties. Sounds like something we all hear way too much and conceive that it's total Bullsh*t...lol

I was referring to myself when I had stated "technical difficulties". It seems everytime someone says that phrase, we turn the other cheek and go.....lol

No not at all. I sat back there while the bass was rumbling away and you can't even tell the subs are under there. I was very surprised. The Bass seems a bit louder, but only because the vocals are projected towards the front of the cab.
Now, some guy shave the subs all jacked up into the seats and their passengers are basically sitting on the subwoofers. I would imagine that you would feel the vibrations and it would be rather annoying not to mention very bad for the woofer drivers with all the tension on them.

if you have any subs at all (and by that i mean power), i.e. if you feel it, they feel it. most of the time my passengers dont really feel it, but tell me "i was wondering what that was" but if i crank it up, then yea they're getting a free massage.

My passengers definietly feel the vibrations. But then again I have two 12s. With those racks did it just push but the underside of the seat? It seems like they might rip the bottom side. Also mind I asking how much you paid?
