Well after dropping the truck off on Monday at the dealer to get the hood painted. I got my truck back today with the srt hood installed.

Love it. Now you gotta have them repaint your cap to match your truck!

Nice looking hood. Really sweet. I'd like to replace mine sometime, but it's hard to tell what kind to get. Hope you enjoy it.

Its just the way the light is in the picture it matches the truck.

I've been in the business long enough to spot something like that in a heart beat. I noticed that before I checked out your hood. Regardless of light, it still should blend into your truck as far as lighting and shadowing goes. There's a clear cut diff in color. It's a shade or 2 off, which is very common among solo paint jobs and very common among hoods and caps. Those people don't wanna paint the rest of their vehicle for a blend so they deal with the slight shade difference. Red has the most variations of any paint right next to black. Very hard to get an exact match without any blending involved. Heck, I wouldn't want the fenders of my truck touched!

I'm just bustin your ballz, no harm intended. I'm just surprised no on has picked on me about my carpet job for my sub enclosure...lol I almost wanted to retake the pics after I fixed the problem...hehehe Not tellin...lol

I paid 485.00 plus shipping but the hood did not come with the srt scoop but I already had one. Now the cheapest I found it complete with hood scoop is 615.00 plus shipping. I know dodgeparts.com has it listed cheaper on their site but they quoted me higher price and said the price on the website is incorrect
