i would do just the cowl and the two side scoops inmatte black and leave the rest of the hood silver. thats just me though. i think that would look nice. or i would two tone the truck. woudl do the tonneau in black the roof in black the pillars in black and the hood down the to the bottom of the shell black. would look nice on there. ( dont go any lower than teh windows with the black paint is what i mean)

I bought my hood from Sean and met him personally. I lucked out and actually got a load to Middlebury, In. Sean personally brought the hood to where i was and had no shipping fee. Hes a decent guy to deal with.

Also, if its the 70s muscle car style you are looking for, paint the stuff semi gloss black.
Not the same hood i realize but its just for the idea.

See I want the paint to come over the grill shell but not continue down. And I dont want to do the entire hood black. Basically it would end up being black on the top of the hood that is flat (before it starts to curve down into the fender lines) so it doesn't break up any of the lines.

I thought about the two tone idea and have them paint everything from the bottom of the side windows up black. But then I run into the issue of having to leave the truck down longer than what I can have it down for. If its just the hood, grill shell and bumper I can give them the parts and after they have been painted and cured and look good I can drop it off for the final fit and finish. Im going to be heading down there today to have them take a look at a few things and get a quote.
