Default hella stock fog light replacement???

always have a problem leaving somewhere at night and only having the stock fog lights on b/c they are so bright, so the other day i was going to paint the area around my fog lights black.. but couldnt get anything to work out right and noticed that the "stock" fog lights had hella etched into the glass.
so i am wondering if the previous owner put these on here or did dodge send it out of the factory with hella fogs in the bumper??
btw they are super bright.

They are I belive to be 9006 model #. Fog lights are supposed to be yellow are't they? so I'm putting the PIAA yellow's in mine.

yeah i never could remember if the fog lights were 9007 or 9006...either way they both used on the truck, just one is headlights and the other are fog lights....i've never seen anyone with yellow fog lights....not around these parts anyways

I just thought that foglights were supposed to be yellow because the light cuts through the fog and snow better than white light? It's just what I've always been taught.
