Haha, no kidding. Now I want one. Perhaps it'd be better to convert a trailer. A trailer could easily hold the weight. You could use the exhaust for bubbles and run an inverter for some heat. And if you design it with a lid that seals securely and keep the thing at least close to full, the slosh should be minimal. Whoever builds one first must post pictures.

dude, just fill it up when you get there and empty it before you leave. problem solved.

I'm sure with some bags and some beefing up, a 1500 could hold 2500 lbs as long as you're not moving. stop f'n around and do it already.

Read back a bit, a SHORT BED truck would fit like 3700 pounds of water. A long bed truck would be far far worse I don't think some springs or air bags are going to make a 1500 hold 3700 pounds.

And filling it up when you get there sounds easy, but you know how long it takes to fill up a hot tub? Drunk chics are not known for their patience. And who would take something like this to someplace that already has water supply? This thing would be most amusing and impressive someplace weird, like tailgating at a sporting event.

Some good ideas out there, but kinda hard to do. Some ideas for this. First one is to just build the trailer jacuzzi.
Another idea, and this one the most practical bed use one is get a 3500 CTD for it. This way the engine will have the power to take off with all that water, and more room with a long bed. The real solution to get the weight from sloshing around is a cover of sorts. Have a rail on this one, so that it can be tightened downwards and apply pressure on the water. Applying pressure will keep it from splashing up and make turning easier. It won't keep it from moving around, but it should make it a lot easier to drive with it. Braking and turning and taking off should be more like having a big load on back rather than all that water.
And another thing to remember, don't think that women are seriously that loose and whorish that they'd sleep with you just because you have a jacuzzi in your bed. Sure they'd sit in it, but a bar in the back would get you the previously mentioned results quicker than the jacuzzi.

You know, when I was standing on that car lot, looking at all the trucks, I was trying to think of some way to justify buying a 2500. I was trying to think of some way to explain to my wife that I absolutely had to have a 2500, and that a 1500 simply would not do. I thought of a lot of really lame made up reasons and decided she would see right through all of it. "Mobile Hot Tub" never once crossed my mind. If only....

Certainly not, and my wife would never let that happen anyway. But anything that encourages bikinis is a good thing. Or if they forgot to bring bikinis... even better. I grew up at the beach, I have my tricks.

And yes, the stripper pole and a bar would be much easier, but attract far skankier women.
