get 410's in my opinion.
when i get a new torque converter + shift kit, i'm gonna try my truck with the 410's.
my 456's are awesome and all, and as you can see from my track times (there is a thread somewhere on page 1 or 2...i bumped it back up), my 1/8th mile is pretty damn good...then, it slows down because my v6 can't keep them gears spinning at high speeds. so, we'll see. i'd say 410...with a 392 (if they make the 9.25" gear) u won't notice it all too much i bet.

as for highway driving, you'd be fine with the 410's. even with my 456 i'm fine. i was expecting to be redlining at 60mph...but it isn't the case. i have some videos on you tube...look up derricksmash on youtube.
I have 410 in beacuse I had it lifted on 315s. I just put it back to stock and have been driving it daily. I went with a 265 tire and at 70 on the highway it isn't bad. I do not have a tac, so next time I drive it I will hook my scanner up and see what I am at around different speeds and post them.
