Painting Calipers
Ive seen in some peoples pics they have painted calipers. Im curious as to how hard it was and how much work it was to do. I would assume it would be enamel paint. Did you guys have to prime sand etc for prep? Id like to paint my calipers and rotors white. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
cant really paint the rotors bud! maybe the outer edge. think about this for a minute. maybe your still waking up haha. but id liek info on the calipers as well. ive done it on older vehicles that i didnt care about but all i did was take them off clean them. sprayed a high heat primer and a matte black high heat engine enamal paint. held up for years.

When I painted mine I used the Duplicolor caliper painting kit and it worked really well. It comes with everything you need to do the job including a can of degreaser spray. I like this kit because it comes with a can of paint and a little brush for applying it. Since it is a brush on paint you can leave the caliper on to paint it and don't even need to tape anything off. I did mine a while ago and it is holding up really well.
