Default No Cluster Bus Error

Its either a fried cluster or bad pcm in my '03 5.7. I've replaced the alternator and battery and all of the connections are good.

I'm still getting spikes and lows on the voltage gauge. Can a bad PCM cause this?

You may got another bad alternator it does happen. Have you check cable running down to the starter?

ive had a couple of experiences with bad PCMs on dodges. usually it will say "NO BUS" in your odometer area with a bad PCM
