Default 2003 3.7 running rough

I had a water pump let go on me a few weeks ago, got this fixed no problem. Drove fine for a few days and now it runs rough, like its got a miss, it idles rough and is very sluggish. Did it for a few days and then straightened up and now it is doing it again. When the water pump let go almost all the antifreeze blew out and covered the engine compartment.I think, well pretty sure really, that I got moisture somewhere but I have no idea where to start. Anyone have any ideas? Thought about the O2 sensor but wasnt sure. I cant get a code to pull up with the key trick but the MIL will stay on sometimes and then at other times it will flash. Any help would be appreciated.

try posting the thread in the regular third gen forum. Youd get response a lot faster. There has to be people have had the same problem before, even if it was on a V8.
Dont ask me because I have no idea on this subject

BRO BRO! I GOT IT. I had a radiator blow on me. Got fluid everywhere! All over engine. Sucks huh? Well I had multiple cylinder misfires. Replace all your spark plugs, thats what I did, worked like a charm. Try that and then tell me how it is.

will replace the plugs this week. Planned on doing that and pulling every connector I can find apart, blowing out with air and then cleaning with contact cleaner as well. I thought I would go ahead and change the plugs since I would be pulling connectors off the coils anyway. Its time for new plugs anyway. I wont be able to do this until later in the week but will be sure to let you know if that was the problem. Thanks for the suggestion.

wife has been driving truck to work about 5 min each was, maybe 3 miles, she says it seems to run worse the longer it runs. This bring any other ideas to the table from anyone?
