Twice in my life I have been lucky enough to catch some scum bags in the act of breaking into cars, once it was my car, the other a friends car.

We beat them half, maybe a little more than half to death and left them where they lay.

Maybe they sought less dangerous jobs afterwards.

My highs school wasn't that bad, all though I did have somebody open the door on my truck ans steal the power window controls off of my door, but that's it. Now that I am in college, I have been lucky( Frantically looks around for a piece of wood to knock on). I have had on occasion people standing in front of my truck looking at it, but that's it. I do know that on my campus there are a bunch of car break in, I think that most should consider themselves lucky that people like me haven't caught them yet.
I dont care if it was my vehicle or not, if I saw someone breaking into a vehicle the fight would be on. destroying someon else's property is complete and utter bull chit.

EDIT- In my observation, one of the easiest things to steal off of a truck is the reciever hitch if you dont have them locked in. I have also heard of people stealing the lug nuts off of wheels too.

sorry to hear bout your luck man...our high school wasnt like that, or least i dont think it was....most everyone knew me so my truck never got f*cked with....but this is why I carry this little toy with me at all times....stops all sorts of people lol

and i'd say the easiest thing for someone to steal off my truck would be the KC lites i just put on the bull bar on my 4x4....but like i said, most everyone in town knows me or somethin like that so usually dont have much problem

That is some BS that someone would do that to your truck. Don't worry though, college is much better with a lot fewer punks (most of the time).

You have every right to be mad, but it could be worse.

Back in my college days I had 2 cars keyed and one window broken out. That sucks.
