If you have a 5.7L Hemi. I would suggest running better quality gas than 87oct regardless of the tuner. Chrysler recommends 89oct with these trucks and some have had issue's with their pistons breaking and chipping the outside edge due to excessive detonation from crappy fuels. 10% ethanol these days in fuel. At least here in NY. In all octane grades.
I personally run Diablo 91oct tune and I put in 93oct gas. When gas is 10cents more for 93 than 91oct, your only talking about $2.60 for all 26gallons for the better fuel. That's only $7.80 for 3 26gal fill-ups which isn't possible. The most gas can cost even if there's a .30cent diff from 87-93oct gas, with 3 fill-ups that a whopping $23 diff. Not a big deal when gas was just $100 a few months ago per tank to fill and is now only $50. Your still saving $150 per month over a few months ago.
