I would have to say the axle hop from take off and is bad but worst of all it would have to be the power robbing tranny that comes in this thing and then last would be when i make a right turn into a steep parking lot there is a pop that annoys me

 

I'm gonna have to say the loud wind noise on the passenger side, the fact that my power steering blew up over the holidays, and the stupid intermittent wipers. They pretty much go as many times as they want, when they want, regardless of what delay setting I have them on.

 

1- the really bumpy ride compared to any of the other trucks...just a rough ride
2-Headlights...Im scared to drive at night even though I have nearly 20/20 vision...This is probably the worst feature on the Rams
3-No lock on the tailgate
4-Seats are hard as rock...I get a sore back after 2 hours of driving
5-Wind Noise...Am i in a tornado??...Just really bad door seals and stuff that contributes to it even though the 06, 07,08 models are sealed better than the 02s-05's...wind noise is really bad!


I wont complain about gas mileage since I think its okay/decent since I own a boat with a big block chevy not capable of getting above 2.5 miles to the gallon.

 

-The goodyear tires. OMG could a tire suck any more? A few more weeks and I am getting new tires.


What is it about the MDS that you dont like? I have never even noticed it. But when I am getting 4 to 8 mpg better than the wrangler I used to own why would I complain!

 

I HATE the POS unit bearing hubs. This isn't a Subaru, it's a truck, and as such it deserve wheel bearings and locking hubs. $800 every 45k for junk parts annoys me.

 

Only 200 miles on my truck so far and already I've noticed some of the things mentioned here - especially the wind noise on the driver side. I was wondering if adding deflectors would help any? Any of y'all tried this yet?

The main thing I notice that gets my attention is the "hop" when taking off. I've also noticed that it is a much rougher ride than the '07 GMC Ext 4x4 my son is driving.

 

roll your window down, and bend the top of the door in. you'll really have to lean on it to get it to give just a little bit, but it will do it.

 

the damn squeak in the front end, and wind noise.

I vent visors, and that didnt help. its actually the door seal. its just a bad design...

 

stock tires, the door seals, PS leak, brakes a little too soft, and the 2-3 shift on the tranny.

other than that, i LOVE my truck!!!
