thanks for all the help i have checked for oil in the coolant and visa versa already and pcv and air box is ok and clean. i will be performing comp tests this weekend if i get a low reading on any cyl then i will add some oil to cyl and rule out bad rings if no change and start looking towards the valves or head gasket.
