Question Lift ?

I am wondering what type of a lift kit I should use, a suspension kit or lift. I want to lift about 3" and aslo like to put on a level kit also if I can do that also. And wondering what size tires I could use then?

well you could search lots of info on that subject on hear ...but if your looking for cheap i would do a 3"pa body lift and a t-bar crank for the level. with this you should be able to clear 35's no prob

talking about body lifts, with your 3" lift did you have to modify anything such as shifter lengths or linkages? because im thinking about a body lift but i dont want to do any major modifications to that kind of stuff. i have 4wd and the shift is straight up from the floor so how would all that work?

yeah you'd have to redo the linkage in your truck....don't believe theres enough room for it work work after a 3" body lift....mine is electric (which i hate) so didn't have much of a problem there

some kits (on other trucks like my last one) come with linkage parts, but sometimes they have to be welded on or cut. I would go suspension, its a better foundation to start with, and the body keeps the factory mounts it was meant to have. I have found alot of cheap little things i didnt like with my last body lift. some things actually broke because of it. just my opinion.
