I just had an overhead DVD player put in my truck for the kids. It looks awesome. The only problem is that the lights in the DVD player are a white/blue light. The lights in the front of my truck by the overhead computer are the yellow type. I would like them to match if possible. Anyone know if there are replacement bulbs that I could get to match the lighting of the DVD player? Thanks in advance.

 

They are probably white LEDs in the DVD player and a standard bulb in the front. Some people here have swapped out their bulbs for LED ones - maybe do a search in the forum and see if that's any help.

 

You'd have to get an LED bulb to match. They do sell them on ebay.

LED conversion. theyre not as blue as the picture shows.

 

does the recon interior light converstion come with both the main dome light and the 2 in the front or just the front

 

beleive it takes the place of all interior roof lights. but since you only need the front 2, you could probally email or call them and see if you can arrange something. their great to work with, just give em' a shout.

Cheap and easy without over thinking it, LED's are over rated!

 

You can go to autotrucktoys.com and look under interior accessories for Ram. There's a few other places I've seen the LE kits as well and they do replace all of the overhead lighting.

 

I appreciate the replies. They sure have helped. I am going to try and order some this weekend. Have any of you guys used the LED kits before?
