Default Sport grill?

I was hoping someone could help me find a sport grill for my 08 ram. I am looking a black or a paintable one and can't seem to one. When I do a search, I keep getting links for grill inserts which seem to be a dime a dozen.

you could just paint your chrome one. sand it down until the chrome is dull and there is no reflection. then prime, paint, and clear it.

I bought a work truck grille shelle through Parts/Service from here on the forum. It was 180.00 shipped to my door. Maybe when you are searching try using the term "work truck" or w/t. Thats what its reffered as.

what was the wrong with the black grill. wouldnt it be easier to paint that one?
are you going to paint the bumpers body color too because i want to do the same for my truck. if i see that its not a hard process, ill do it myself. the bumpers would probably be a lot harder because they are stronger chrome than the grill. i think the chrome on the grill just peels off.

Paint your chrome one. It will sand off.
