My old lady is bitchin cuz my new truck is to high for her to climb into. I have been doing some searching around for something that was removable and wouldn't get hung up when off road and found these. What do you think???

No matter what bars you get, they wont get hung up while offroading. They dont hang low enough...your differential hangs lower than ANY nerf bar you get.

 

Yes but the likely hood of hitting your nerf bars off roading is more likely since they are in the middle of the crown of the hill most of the time regardless of angle. The longer the wheelbase, the close those running board would be to the ground on the same slope.

I wouldn't call those running boards, but more of steps. Just make sure they won't be too slippery when they are wet!
