The Dealer F'ed my truck up bad!!!
see the thing is i wouldnt really care as much if it was just a few scratches i would let them buff it out and be done with it but the whole side is just full of scratches now and it will just make my fun of having a nice beautiful truck turn into an eye sore and a broken heart if you wanna put it that way for you truck lovers all becuase they had some careless guy not pay attention.. i think im gonna go to the point of what MTD said and start waving lawsuit into it and call it vandalism on there part... get security tapes see what it looks like comming in and out... i mean common its a nice big dealership.. they have cameras littered all over the place gettin every inch to make sure those new 09's arnt getting messed with...
As you say JJn5526 & not to rub salt into your wounds but, everytime you get into that truck now, you will feel outraged if you don't get it sorted!
It will totally destroy your pleasure in the truck.
This is just not right and if it cost me an arm and a leg, I'd fight it all the way bro'
Good luck and post up what they say.
PS Dirtydog is probably correct about those air hoses.
If the dude drags them from one set of wheels to the next, (you know how carelessly they do that) If grit has stuck to the hose due to dirt and grease, that would scatch up your paint real good.

Dude that really does suck..if they keep refusing to fix it them i would suggest you talk legal to them and say you're going to get the law involved and bring them to court over it. They should be listening with both ears after you bring that up because no business out there wants to get the law involved.
(something I learned in Business Law class lol)
...and if they actually refuse to fix it after you say you will bring the law into the situation then I would say you should go file a lawsuit at the local PD of that town or city.

+1 on the police report. do that regardless if you plan to sue them or not, cause once the cop shows up to do the report, they'll know you're serious about pursuing the claim. then they'll probably change their tune.

i do now, and i have told them to never wash my truck again when in for service.
