$250 - 275 is a fair price for this tuner. You can't expect to get new money ($315) for a used item (even if you never actually used it).

put it up on ebay for $300, you can call it new if you never used it, cuz it is new. You should get $300 for a new tuner, anything below $275 is a lowball if it is in fact new.
