Actually I don't think it is, But even if it is SC will reset it for $100, So I am still not out more than what ill pay in most cases. Don't really have a link because I bought it from a guy buy sending him a lowball offer, And the deal proceded off ebay.

Its a gamble, But I figure either way I win.

Is that how much it costs to get it reset? I have a buddy who has one that is locked and was wondering how much it costs to get it reset?

Yup, $100, You pay shipping to them, They pay for it back. Thats what the tech support guy told me.
