Default Hesitation accelerating?

I have an 03 QC 1500 4.7l, 105000 miles. Just recently It started hesitating and what sounds to be missing, also my MPG has suffered. This only happens during acceleration at 3000-4000 rpm's 1/2-full throttle. I have a stage 2 jet module with the 180t-stat, borla exhuast, volant CAI, and the 180 e-fan. I thought the jet module was the problem so I disconnected that and it made the problem worse, I then cleaned the throttle body(which was very dirty) and I replaced the TPS it now idles much smoother and the hesitation/missing is not so bad but it's still there. Has anybody encountered this problem?

Throw a can of seafoam in a 1/2 tank of gas and drive it like you stole it.... mind the speed limit though. This will clean most of the crud in the fuel system and will give you a place to start.

Default hesitating

i have an 05 ram HEMI, when i step on the gas pedal it hesitates for a second before it gets up and goes, also the night before it started doing this i was drivin down the road and it stalled out while goin about 30 mph. I need to replace my egr valve, but im not too sure that has anything to do with it. anybody have a suggestion for me?

How many miles on the plugs? If they're reasonably fresh, a Seafoam treatment may be just the ticket.
