Default Headlight adjustment

I put in some silver star ultras and they seem to be pointing down. Is there any way i can adjust them to come up?

On my 06 there is a little hex screw next to each headlight (i.e. the side that is closest to the radiator). This is the screw that will adjust your lights up and down. I am not 100% on the 05's though....

I have gotten with Silverstar about this. They could not tell me why this happened. They sent me another pair and they do the same thing. I put the extra pair in my wife's Caliber and they did the same thing there. I adjusted them up.
On the Ram, it seems that by adjusting the hex screw on the front, just inside the hood, that they moved out to the side and not straight up. I put them back (counted turns).
Any update on this?
This is the only adjustment that I can find. I may try again, parked out in the street.

Also, I would go to www.sylvania.com and to automotive lighting. Then contact them by e-mail asking about this. They told me to have anyone having this same problem to contact them.
