I was just wondering what the differs is between the my hemi and the 09

I think the 09 has a slightly higher towing capacity, and it also has different options. you can get the storage bed (has compartments in the bedsides), and some interior upgrades as well. I thought the hp rating on the 09 was 390...i could be wrong though.

You could be right, I was looking at the 2500.

You would think the 2500 would be the same, but I guess it is not.

I have only read articles on the 1500, I admit I don't know anything about the 2500's lol.

09: more HP and slightly torque not enough to make a big difference I have driven both.

09: less payload and slightly better towing again.


Not worth the extra money right now, look for a left over 08'. just my opinion

I know the new ram has more power I meant like tech aspect like what did they improve or change to make the more power.

Active intake manifold, higher compression, variable cam timing....not sure if the valves are the same size or not.
