hey ramhunter, how much did you pay total for your setup?
if memory serves me right the amp was 450 and the subs were 135 each
and some supplys from lowes 30 bucks
and 20 bucks in beer
i love building my own stuff that way i no its made right i built the box to specs with the subs and i picked the amp based on the subs.

so what everyone is saying is dont buy any used audio equipment?
so does anyone know how i can add some subs for $200?

You only need one 12 like the infinity with a power rating of like 300 or 350 rms and amp to run that. That should be more than enough in a regular cab.

oh sorry, i meant sub, box, and amp for $200
i know its not a lot of money but im sure i can get some bass for that price

ya good luck a good amp is more than 200 bucks and a good set of 10's witch i think sound better in SC trucks than 12's will run you about 250-350 bucks
then you gotta upgrade door speakers and such 200 bucks lol you better save up

so $70 for door speakers and $130 for stereo. i think i might just get a new head unit and replace my door speakers first then go from there. i wont worry about my back 6 1/4s because i dont think they make much of a difference in a regular cab
