I would like steel and over the rail is fine not planning on putting rails on it and basically i want a regular tool box that is very sturdy some organization and will hold up to the elements and thanks for the names hammer i will check them out also i want it to be a diamond plate as well

If you want something that sits in the bed, I can post up some pictures of mine sometime. Maybe I could get some tomorrow after school if you want. I like mine mostly because it's low in the bed, storage underneath, and really low profile. Hard to notice.

Yeah that would be cool to see one of the low profile boxes to kinda judge and if not to much trouble could you take a picture of the inside of the box so i can see how deep it is

It's actually pretty big. I still have access to my rails also which is what I like. The setup is different, but now that I've done it, I wouldn't trade for an over the rail box any day. It's pretty deep, don't have any water or dust or anything getting in my box either. Shocks work fine, looks real nice.
