H.I.D 8000K video....
Do you have a 2wd or a 4wd atlatic? I'm guessing a 2wd since pro comp doesn't offer a 6 inch kit for the 02-05 4wds? Thats why I was wondering, sorry to steal the op's thread...

Did you have to install resistors in line with your "low beam's"? I had to install two, due to the "CANBUS" B.S.
However the fog's and high beams are not monitored by the computer, just the low beams.
I got the same set-up. 8000k's in my heads and fog's.

I was told never to flash my HID's quickly .
When you start your truck, the lights are switched off and on several times in quick succession.
My HID supplier explained, that you get a "hot strike" which destroys the HID bulbs when you flash/switch off/on the HID's quickly.

This is true. Mine on the other hand have a solenoid that physically moves the bulb up for my high beams and back down for my low beams. So, typically flashing is bad for HID's, but for me, it's not. The bulb NEVER goes out.
