Default Tires!

My ram will need new tires real soon. The tires on it now are terrible in the rain and light snow. I just slide everywhere. I want tires that are decent in the wetness. Now my local tire store that does good deals for me recommended these three and I needed some opinions.
1) General Grabber HTS (never heard of General but thats okay) Also the cheaper of the three
2) Good Year Wrangler Silent Armor - The most expensive of the three but he said he liked these the best, but then again, everyone who worked there had big trucks LOL
3) Cooper ATR, I have had alot of Coopers in my life (besides alot of cars) and they always did me good, so I could see me getting these.

i got the coopers from advice on another forum just waiting to put them on, i have to say the wrangler hp's that came on the truck are total ***. Lil bit of moisture on the pavment and her *** is all sloppy, oh and forget trying to accelerate on steel draw bridges.... yea almost got sideways switching lanes baaaaaarley giving it any gas. The hiways here in Northern Jersey are bad enuff.
