Default slipping feel when reving

So after changing my diff oil cause i thought thats what the problem was but i guess its not now, but when im coming to 50mph and i rev it to around 1500rpms theres a kind of slipping feeling but if im coming at 50mph and i floor it, the problem doesnt happen

thats why i changed the oil in the diff cause my friend said thats what it seems like.

and the feeling to let you guys know what it is feels like when you peelout on a wet stop bar at a stop sign and the tires skip

Do you have it warrantied with dodge? If so take it in to them and tell them your problem.

Sounds a bit like the problem I had, except mine mainly happened after it sat a while. Look at the post titled Transmission FYI. Sounds logical to me that the check valve may not be able to handle the pressure when you are revving the engine. Just my 2 cents worth.

lol...belt timer.

yea, the differential wouldn't slip. it would lock up if anything, unless you somehow tore off all the individual gears in it. your tranny is shot. get it fixed at dealer...it's covered by warranty. it may only be the torque converter or something, but yea...go to dealer have 'em fix it.

only the replacement part for the belt was covered, and they did the tune up cause the last owner of the truck pretty much just got regular oil changes never really did anything else
