Anybody running a Diablo Predator on an '04 Hemi?
I'm monitoring a thread on another forum where a guy installed a new Diablo on an '04 and it fried his PCM right in the middle of the tune.
He admits, when the tuner prompted him to turn his key to on, but not start the truck, he may have turned it a little too far and the starter began to fire.
$1000 and a new PCM later, he tried to install it again, with a Diablo tech on the phone, walking him though a basic canned tune install, 91 octane tune.
At the same point, it fried the second PCM! This time the guy KNOWS FOR A FACT he did not turn the key too far.
Diablo is blaming flaky PCM's used in some '04s!
Again, I had considered using a Diablo on my '04 with custom tunes for my cam swap. So I'm VERY interested in knowing if any of our guys have installed this tuner on an '04!!!

same thing happened with my 06 stang GT only with a SC. turns out one of the pins was bent and was just slightly touching one next to it. superchips paid for my new pcm and a new tuner. how about that huh?
I was just reading that thread and that is messed up.
