Just got home with the newly installed 4.56 and Auburn LSD. WOW!!!!! I thought it would be good, but man...this is sick. Unfortunately, I gave it the acceleration test abot 75% throttle and only for about 200 yds (gotta respect the break-in) but these things SERIOUSLY pull. I love it. Well worth the $1800 for parts/install.

yeah like the others have said just give him some time...Bob is by far the best with customer service, no other company I've bought stuff from has had even half as good of customer service....i'll keep buyin all my stuff from them, higher price or not, just cause of Bob....
I tried calling him all morning 2 weeks ago to order some things, left a voicemail and never received a call back. I eneded up getting the parts from summit cause I needed them quick. Never delt with him before but it made me wonder when I never received a return call. Never knew he was a one-guy operation, that makes sense. Ill aim my business his way next time to give him another shot.

Try emailing him also and maybe send him your phone number and a good time to reach you.

turns out the delay in the headers is NOT his fault...the jet hot coaters are taking FOREVER!! he's doing his part with great customer service... i swear theres 20 of him. theres noooo way he can handle all those orders and everything with just him. very impressive. I told him about this thread and all the support he has here on the DF. I'm sure it made his day. you guys rock

They even paid for the install. I think that pretty much says it all.
I cant believe I have to bring this thread out of the grave...for the SAME ISSUE!!! I STILL have not gotten the headers, and its been over a month now. Bob hasnt returned a phone call or responded to an email in over 2 weeks. Busy or not, this is outrageous. I've had good success with him in the past, but this has honestly made me irate (which rarely happens). I'm going to strongly consider taking my business elsewhere next time. Regardless if it's his fault, his communication has been a total FAILURE.
