Just got home with the newly installed 4.56 and Auburn LSD. WOW!!!!! I thought it would be good, but man...this is sick. Unfortunately, I gave it the acceleration test abot 75% throttle and only for about 200 yds (gotta respect the break-in) but these things SERIOUSLY pull. I love it. Well worth the $1800 for parts/install.

yeah like the others have said just give him some time...Bob is by far the best with customer service, no other company I've bought stuff from has had even half as good of customer service....i'll keep buyin all my stuff from them, higher price or not, just cause of Bob....

I just ordered Powerslot rotors and Hawk LTS pads from him last week. Ordered Monday and got to my house on Thursday. Maybe he is just wrapped up. Try calling instead of emailing.

I tried calling him all morning 2 weeks ago to order some things, left a voicemail and never received a call back. I eneded up getting the parts from summit cause I needed them quick. Never delt with him before but it made me wonder when I never received a return call. Never knew he was a one-guy operation, that makes sense. Ill aim my business his way next time to give him another shot.

He is one of the BEST people I've ever spoken too, his customer service is TOP of the line. he told me he sold about 14 sets of rims a few weeks ago and a bunch other stuff in a week so he is very busy.

Try emailing him also and maybe send him your phone number and a good time to reach you.

Hey Bob emailed me today...yep he's just real busy. no worries turns out the delay in the headers is NOT his fault...the jet hot coaters are taking FOREVER!! he's doing his part with great customer service... i swear theres 20 of him. theres noooo way he can handle all those orders and everything with just him. very impressive. I told him about this thread and all the support he has here on the DF. I'm sure it made his day. you guys rock

Check this out, he gets this performace torque converter delivered to his house Bobs like what the hell ----turns out some of the guys from DT pitched in to buy this for him for his challenger. They even paid for the install. I think that pretty much says it all.

I cant believe I have to bring this thread out of the grave...for the SAME ISSUE!!! I STILL have not gotten the headers, and its been over a month now. Bob hasnt returned a phone call or responded to an email in over 2 weeks. Busy or not, this is outrageous. I've had good success with him in the past, but this has honestly made me irate (which rarely happens). I'm going to strongly consider taking my business elsewhere next time. Regardless if it's his fault, his communication has been a total FAILURE.

im not sure ....i ordered oxygen sensor spacers months back from that site and had questions about the product but i never got emailed back either..
