I've had excellent service in the Past from Bob. Internationally as well.
However, you can only rest on you laurels so long before people get upset.
If he is that busy, then maybe hiring more personel might be a solution?
That way, he can keep the hard gained good feedback he has and also get more business out the door.
Gotta' work hard keeping ones reputation.

I ordered my DMH e-cutout from Bob and overall it took about 3 weeks to get it. He sent the y-pipe but I never got the e-cutout itself. After waiting a few days I called him (had to call 2 or 3 times to him) and found it was David (or Dave) and DMH that was holding things up, not Bob. But Bob didnt know anything about it because he assumed Dave had send the cutout right after Bob notified them he was sending the y-pipe. I was impressed with Bob also and would do business again. It wasnt his fault things got jumbled but he certainly looked into it all and took care of it.
