Duct Problems on my 06

I have a 06 MegaCab. Yesterday, I turned on the air conditioner and it acts like the dampers are stuck. The fan blows but very little comes out of the vents

. The defroster has not air coming out of it as well. I cannot tell any difference when I go to recirculate the air either. Any ideas.
