Default Worth Customizing?

i got a 2002 dodge ram quad cab. 64200 miles.. Is a truck this old worth doing up or should i upgrade and wait awhile on the parts?

Do it up the way you want it. Yeah there will be normal wear and tear stuff going out on you like ball joints, etc. But I've got friends with the 4.7 V8 in their Grand Cherokees who have well over 200,000 miles on the engines.
So, if that's your fear at only 64k, I'd not give it a second thought...

thats pretty low miles of a 02. i thought i had low miles with a 04 with 41k.

A truck is worth what you think its worth. If you want to keep it and fix it up...do it.

my 02 has on 61,000 right now. I'm gonna wash soon and post pics.

Anything older than 05 should be dropped off at the junkyard...
Anything newer than 05 should also be dropped off at the junkyard...


But, seriously, there are people still modding trucks made in the 70's and 80's with 300K miles and more. The trick is to find a truck you really like, Stop caring about the value, Age and miles and make it something you like more.

on the caring part as far as 05 goes 04 was a little bit better year and man you guys have some low miles on your trucks i have 90k i guess some of dont drive much and i plan on keeping this truck forever so i am going to mod the hell out of it

An 02 is not old unless it has tons of miles, which yours doesn't. I say mod it.
