throttle body location

I have an 02, where is it located at? i'm not real mechanical savvy, but im sure mine needs cleaning

if you take that off to clean it, does it just bolt back on or are there gaskets that need to be replaced??

hopefully that will be of some help, even though its on a hemi I cant imagine theres a huge difference.
