Unhappy My truck pulls to the right

Good Morning,

Newbie here. I have a 2002 Ram 1500 SLT. 40K miles. I bought it in October of 2008. The problem I have is that it pulls to the right. I've had two alignments done and have had the front tires switched. My mechanic says it may be the caliper not releasing all the way. But after traveling on the highway and pulling over, the rim is not hot at all, a sure sign. They are custom rims (on when I bought the truck), the tires are worn and need to be replaced, but not urgently. When the truck is on the lift, the left tire can be spun easily, but not the right. Could it still be the caliper? Axle? 4 wheel drive not disengaging completely? Anything would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Does it squeel any, or make any noise like a worn bearing? Do you get any vibrations or wobbles in the wheel?

Possible it's a caliper, but I think more likely a wheel bearing...

Could also be low tire pressure.

Thats what I thought, was the low pressure. But he had the tires switched, and when on the lift its harder to move than the other. I would guess the bearing too, which is why I asked if there was a wobble or squeeling or anything.
