Default Dealer prep my a$$!!!

I had my truck inspected the other day and he found two loose bolts on the transfer case. He decided to check some of the fluid levels and both rears and the trans. were low. Also I have a upper ball joint starting to go . Anybody else having these issues. My truck has 12,000 miles and is a 2008 2500 Hemi 6 sp.

that seems way to soon for ball joints do you no anything about trucks?? and i dont mean that in a bad way but if you are not mechanicly inclined the dealer...i mean stealership might be tryin to get ya. if your inclined look for yourself see if they look bad if your not take it to someone you trust and knows what their looking for.

isnt the 3 year 36k mile warranty good regardless of how many owners the truck has?

i could be wrong but i believe the 3/36 is for brand new purchases from the dealer. when you buy used you get 3 months with 3k miles i think.
