Got my truck back today...dealer replaced the lower passenger ball joint and ordered 2 new sway bar end links. They said those were bad too. I looked under the truck when i got it back tonight and see that my passenger side axle seal is leaking. That axle, seal, and piece that the axle locks into was replaced when the truck was a month old because it was defective and is now leaking again. I am ready to SCREAM!

That sucks. Is it under warranty? Were you lucky enough to get the lifetime on yours?

pains me to see all these front end problems happening with NEW trucks. but you do have some suspension mods, wondering if that isnt the culprit? im suprised the dealer didnt give you **** about it.

It is covered under warranty, but I only have a 3/36...not lifetime.

all i have it a 2.5in leveling kit in the front and a body lift. I had the problem with the axle when the truck was brand new, it was not locking into the diff and kept sliding out. The ball joint i noticed was bad before i even had the leveling kit and bigger tires.

its just un acceptable with the relatively major problems that are going wrong with the new trucks, i mean its not like a ton of new rams are having these problems but a few people on the forum are having them so it makes you wonder.
