Default 08 5.7 new muffler, resonator or no?
i just put on a super 40 and left the resonator on, would taking it off make the truck noticeably louder or give a different tone?

would i be able to do that by myself or do i need to bring it somewheres? my dad has all the tools i would probably need

if you have a welder and a saw i don't see why not. you will need a piece of 3in pipe to weld in place of the resonator
