Default 06 ram 1500 trouble

I have a 06 ram slt hemi 4x4 and while driving the abs, brake, and service engine lights come on and cause my cruise control to stop working and also causes my trans to stop shifting. Resetting the battery allows the trans to shift correctly until the service light comes on again , my speedo bounced around as the abs and brake lights were flashing, I had autozone scan it and they said it showed something for transaxle control module, I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems and if so give some information or if someone knows what could cause this problem, I would greatly appreciate your help.

DRIVABILITY (Gas Engine)
P0700 = P0700 EATX Controller DTC Present.

TRANSMISSION code
P0700 Internal TCM

Whatever those mean??
Someone will chime in.

I'm not sure, but I thought that the symptoms of a messed up speedo and ABS light together point at the failure of the rear ABS sensor which serves both purposes. Anyone confirm?

Default P0734 Gear ratio error in 4th

My truck is in the shop right now over this I was on the highway when it bucked a little and then it would not down shift when i punched it ar up shift.

They told me that they have to replace 4th and 5th gears in the tranny is this posible I think they should just replace the hole tranny Im at 77000 km this is the second time I had a tranny problem the first one was I was stuck in 3rd gear and wouldn't shift at all.
They said it was a solidnoid in the tranny that controls the shifting that was 2 months ago.
