The company that made the Ramhammer went under.....so I heard. This is the new kid on the block. Same design. I will be purchasing mine next week. It is called the BFI.

why is the thing so expensive?!

its a friggin metal tube with a filter at the end! i know CAIs are preatty expensive, but this design seriously does not get anymore basic than that! why so expensive?!

ide like to see specs and reviews on it to tell me the performance gain and why so costly...

I dont know, I think its pretty badass setup. If I would have know it was around when I bought my intake, I would have probably bought that instead. the only thing is, I go through a lot of snow and rain, so its not very friendly in that sense; but its still bad!!!!

They are selling the BFI at a group rate right now I believe through the 10th. It is $50 off the regular price. The BFI is a nice looking intake if you got that much to spend on an intake.

The BFI/RamHammer is an amazing intake and well worth the $$$$$$! Lance is a great guy to deal with too!

Wish I had the cash for one of those intakes. I hear nothing but good things about them.
