I actually called united dodge right after i saw this, they said not true. they then told me that they recommended u go to the dealer so they can properly record ur warranty work, but its not required. My list of bad experiences with Towbin Dodge go on and on...Seriously, if you need stuff from a DECENT dealer, try united dodge...its better than chapman and towbin, and desert went out of business.

On a different note, glad we have another candidate for a vegas meet n greet! (see that silverbullet???)

 

I remember watching that show and thinking that I would never take my truck there. They seemed like a bunch of hustlers.

 

I use donaldson filters, they make filters with many brand names on them, I get them from a MAck truck dealer for $2.28 each.

Dude, please go buy a quality filter, its like 8.99 for a Mobil 1. Vehicle is the second largest purchase next to your home.

I've been using donaldson for over 10 years now, about 8 years on my old ford F150 and on the Dodge since I bought it last november 2007.

I have also used 1000's of donaldson filters on a fleet of 50 diesel trucks for the last 10 years with not one single engine failure.

not cheap filters, just bought in quantity.

I also use donaldson air and fuel filters.

and I can almost guarantee you you've used a donaldson filter too, as I said, they make filters for many name brands.

 

Mobil 1 filters and oil here. My dealer actually complemented me on having mobil 1 stuff. at the 3k mile mark my dealer has all new vehicles brought in for a general check over totally free adn they told me they were gonna offer an oil change but seeing the mobil 1 filter they assumed I knew what I was doing.
