Default Dash Trim Removal

Can someone please tell me the simplest way to remove the trim around the radio and HVAC controls in my '03 Dodge Ram? I need to get the radio out and have it fixed. (Stuck CD) Your help is appreciated!

Exactly.

Its going to scare the hell out of you to pull on it, and you will think you are completely snapping the plastic, but you're not. Just start pulling around the trash hook and work your way around. I think there are 7-8 clips that need to be released.

Man, no lie! It's pretty scary to pull on that plastic. Be careful, sometimes the edges are pretty sharp.

open your cup holder and there is 2 screws, 1 in each upper corner on the 06-up. They like everyone said above, grab it by the vents and pull straight out...it is tight as hell!
