They ain't selling off Jeep, it's the only profitable segment they got (may not be if they keep making Chrysler crap and put the Jeep logo on it like the Compass, Patriot and new design Liberty).
I've read at least two oversees makers have tried to buy it since the Dahmler split...

I agree chrysler has some ugly crap. The only thing i like of chrysler is the 300c and hopefully the 200c if they ever make it. Chrysler really need's to step it up cus they are nowhere near the lincolns and cadillacs of the industry and thats where they need to be.

Speaking of multi-brand dealers, there is a dealership about three miles from my house that sells Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, all GM lines, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep from the same square mile lot. Huge goddamn dealership.

Yeah, I once had a dealership try to recruit me to come sell cars. They sold Hummer... Lexus... and SCION. Wtf right? Talk about a wide range of clients.

yeah there is a dealership here in eastern nc that sells chrysler jeep and mazda! and another that sells dodge, subaru, and volkswagen! and the last one is owned by a state senator!! thats why i will never buy a vehicle there!! lol

what about a dodge / ford dealership just across south carolina line about 20miles from me in ga deler seals ford and dodge ed murdoc superstore.com .

there was a dealership that was called ford lincon mercury and jeep but they went out of business and only the jeep right went on to another dealership
