Will 09 Ram mirrors fit on my 07?

I have the extendable MOPAR tow mirrors. I bought them brand new in the box from Craigslist for 100 bucks (I was lucky that day). They have all the wiring included because you have to run the wires through the doors and into the fuse block up front. It was pretty easy and the instructions were very detailed. Here is a few pics of the mirrors. They have running lights and turn signals (LEDS) and they stick out pretty far as is, but if I ever had to hook up to a 53' trailer you just pull them out and your all set. If they pulled out just a couple more inches I bet she would fly
