i have a 18 ft open bow boat with a 305 I/O, weighs 3360 (just weighed it last weekend), i have the fabtech 6" lift with add a leafs in the rear, it just barely sags but is a little nose-high when the boat is hooked up and the bed is loaded with food, coolers, enough stuff for 2 days on the lake. I still want to dump the extra leaf and just go with airbags though. I put ALOT of stuff in the bed when I tow, I dont like to keep that much in the boat if i dont have to. for $200, i would say the airbags are still worth it even with lighter tongue weights. im not disagreeing with any previous posts, though.

thanks for the compliment. since im not mechanically inclined, will a suspension lift change the ride?
Idk if i should go with a suspension lift, or just do a t-bar lift.

As a rule, the cranking the torsion bars will stiffen the ride, considerably. Some don't mind it, some hate it. A suspension lift, depending on the quality (and cost) will either keep the stock ride or even improve it. Plus, the better kits replace a lot of the smaller weaker components with beefier and stronger ones. But you'll pay for such kits.

since i'm asking so many questions, if someone has a patriot blue truck with a black bull bar, will you post pics please, from straight on to a 45 degree angle to the side, thanks.
Also, if you had $1500 dollars to spend, what would you get? All i have on my truck is flowmasters 40 series dumped.

Torsion cranking will make the truck stiff in the front. Imagine little bumps feeling like a bucking bronco (if you go up about 2-2.5 inches). Body lift is good but you cant tow anything with the bumper and if you have tow hooks in the front, they are now just ornaments. Suspension lift is the ultimate in lifts. Everything stays the same except the truck is higher. Ride will be like factory if not better, but they will cost you.
