lift kit question

in that case, i would say suspension lift. if it was 2wd, i would say keep the leveling kit and put a body lift on it. but im not a fan of body lifts, especially on 4wd trucks though.

why are you not a big fan? cause i dont have the money for a suspension lift kit, so i was gonna go with body lift if there was no complaints

well, its up to you, really. u lookin at 2 or 3"? i heard horror stories of them before, and i have heard good things. i had a 3" on my 2nd gen, and it stretched all kinds of lines and wires waaaay too tight, or even close to tight for my liking. it looked okay, except the front bumper never really lined up again right. there are plenty of people that have them, and have no problems. so if ur not beating on ur truck, and your pretty easy on it, then i would say do it.

im looking at 3 inch kit. i already have the leveling kit, and im easy on the truck..

then go for it. get some wheelwell liners for the rear if u dont have em already, it will hide the gap from the blocks and make it look alot cleaner also. i wouldnt say its a bad way to go, i would just rather have the suspension lift. but it is alot easier on the wallet to bl it.
